Milos has an airport and a port.

It is connected by air with Athens and the airport "El. Venizelos "daily. The flight lasts 30 minutes and the airport is 7 km from Paleochori.

By ferry, the port of Adamas is connected to the port of Piraeus, by speedboats (travel time 3-4 hours) and by conventional ships (travel time 7.30 - 8 hours). The distance between Paleochori and the port in Adamas is 10 km.

Milos is connected by ferry with other islands of the Cyclades, as well as with Crete. The frequency of itineraries increases during the summer months. The connection, however, with the neighboring island of Kimolos is daily, lasts 30 minutes and is made by ferry boat, which starts from the port in Pollonia.
